introducing: ben

Ben is really very tall and also a good friend. He doesn't remember the first time we met, I suppose I don't really either. However, we worked at camp together and so I do remember meeting him the second time when he didn't remember my name. He felt really bad about it and made up for it with a great friendship.

He blogged about one of my favorite events ever. One of my other favorite events is when the counselors played with the earth ball at camp. The earth ball is HUGE (6 feet in diameter). Ben (being a slight bit competitive) kicked the ball and was completely laid out. At that point I started keeping a list of everyone that fell, and how.

Ben and I always go back and forth in our friendship in jest (Ben, we are friends right now I think), but it never really waivers in reality.

I could go on about visits to NWC, a trip to Michigan for a conference I wasn't invited to, stealing a canoe on our UP trip, etc. but I suppose I will wrap it up so you'll read Ben's blog!
