Today a friend was talking to me about how she needed to be fingerprinted once (not for a crime). I remembered when I got fingerprinted for a job (in order to work with children in the DCFS system).
It was on an old school bus, by a woman wearing a devil costume.

It was pretty sketchy. It was Halloween weekend, 2006, if that makes things any better.
Which means it isn't a joke, Allison.
when i had to get fingerprinted to work at the daycare my director was trying to give me directions and she said, "it's in an old school but, you can't miss it." i missed it and i was late for work.
